The Professor of Life wrote this famous lament in 2009:
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. Yes, I blame the people who were so in a rush to elect him and make history by electing the first Black man to the presidency. Well look what they have accomplished. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. Now, after the evidence is in, it's startling that about 45% of likely voters would prefer Obama according to Rasmussen, which is a reputable pollster. (Obama-Romney @ 42-44 and Obama-Palin @ 49-38).
I suppose the near unananimity of blacks and natural leaning of government workers towards the party that bribes them with other people's money (both groups) is most of that 45%.
Cue quotes from Jefferson:
The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.
A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.
I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.Obama is the anti-Jefferson.

If he doesn't get booted out next time around, we're done.
